Named Casa de la Reina, "Queen's House," this beachfront property has been fully renovated to accentuate the unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

With three levels of living, the main house has four spacious bedrooms graciously accommodating ten. A private casita is also available with a deck that sleeps an additional three guests.

The main level of the house is ideal for entertaining. The space has floor-to-ceiling windows, a large chef's kitchen, a welcoming living room, and pocket sliding doors open to the first of three decks with ideal outdoor living space. There is an elegant dining space and a full custom bar. You can enjoy cooking for your loved ones or bring in a private chef for a luxury time.

The next level (down) boasts two bedrooms. The master bedroom with its en suite has a king bed, a fireplace, and flat-screen television. The master bathroom is an oasis for spa-lovers, with its oversized, jetted tub facing the ocean views. Pocket sliding doors open to the expansive deck, making it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy morning coffee or private time to relax. The second en suite has a queen bed, flat screen television, and a spa-inspired bathroom. This room also opens to the large deck overlooking the ocean.

The bottom level has an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other room has two sets of bunk beds each with one double bunk and a queen bed bunk. Each room has a flat-screen television with pocket sliding doors that open to a private deck again overlooking the ocean.

The casita sits on the main (top) floor with an open kitchen and living space, and a separate en suite king bedroom.

The home has a complete washer and dryer. It also has a private, attached, covered spiral staircase from the terrace on two levels - directly opening onto the sandy beach. Maximum number of cars allowed at any time is (2).

The property has high speed Wifi. Based on the location of the property, wifi on the bottom levels of the property may a times be weak.

San Antonio Del Mar is a guard-gated community 15 miles from the San Diego border and five miles north of famous Rosarito Beach. Within the gated community and within walking distance of the property, there is a lovely park area for children, two pools, tennis courts, a small market, and miles of beach access. Five restaurants are also on-site, including a sushi spot with live music, an excellent spot for morning coffee and breakfast, and a stylish supper club with incredible views and a great spot for cervezas and the best fish tacos out there!

Rosarito Beach - City: The private community of San Antonio Del Mar is adjacent to Baja Malibu, well known for surfing, and is right across Real Del Mar Golf course for those fun-loving activities. Horseback riding on the beach is popular right outside the world-famous Rosarito Beach hotel with its own pier. The city of Rosarito Beach is five miles South and has very nice restaurants and is alive at night with numerous clubs. You can walk around the city and browse for all kinds of souvenirs at low prices in the small shops. Visit Fox Studios near Rosarito Beach, which was set up for shooting several premier sea-related films like Leonardo De Caprios' Titanic, among others.

Rosarito Beach - Nearby: Puerto Nuevo, the famous Lobster Village, is only 20 minutes away on the scenic road and is home to over 100 seaside restaurants and shops.

Ensenada - Nearby: Ensenada, the beautiful port city with its duty-free shops and seaside restaurants, is an hour away if you want to explore further. You definitely do not want to miss La Buffadora with the majestic hills and the sea creating a blow hole that shoots mists of water several stories high. For wine lovers, the valley of Guadalupe offers wine-tasting tours of several wineries.
