Storytellers Lodge

With room for everyone, Storytellers Lodge is the ultimate place to stay for large family vacations, friends, or corporate group retreats. The large log home is stunning and welcoming, with room for everyone to comfortably gather in the communal spaces for meetings, storytime, or to simply enjoy the quiet company of your loved ones. Set on 1.5 acres, there is plenty of privacy and land to be explored.

Upon arrival, you will be blown away by the home and surrounding beauty. Trees and mountain views will be the first thing you see as you enter the great room. The living space has plush lounge seating, a game table, and a cozy stone fireplace. A game closet is nearby, with a chess table and a heap of games to choose from. A half bath, laundry room, a mudroom, and the stairs are located in the front hall.

Make your way into the well-equipped kitchen and dining room, and you will be pleased with the continuation of high ceilings, the custom wood table with seating for 10+, and the double islands with eight seats. The stainless steel appliances, two sinks, two dishwashers, and two ovens accommodate large groups perfectly. A spacious master suite with a king bed, television, patio access, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity finishes off the main level.

Head upstairs, where you will find two small loft spaces with a loveseat and chairs and three suites with comfortable beds, vaulted ceilings, and bathrooms with showers.

Back downstairs, you will find another set of stairs that lead you into the finished basement with high ceilings that is naturally lit by the sliding glass doors that lead outside. You will be greeted by plenty of kids' toys, an additional fridge, a sink, and an unbelievable game room that will keep you busy with friendly competition. Play poker, pool, ping pong, or foosball, or relax on the couch and watch the big game or new movie.

Down one hall, there is an additional laundry room, a bunk room that sleeps 6, a bathroom with two separate showers, a double vanity, and a water closet for added convenience. The opposite hall boasts another bathroom with a shower/tub combo and three more bedrooms. The first guestroom is a suite with a large bed, closet, bathroom, and access to the patio. Across the hall, there are two additional bunk rooms; one set of twin over twin bunks and the other two sets of twin over twin bunks.

The accommodations don't end there! The Casita has an additional living, kitchen, and dining space, two bedrooms, plus a bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and a twin over twin bunk. A bathroom in between the spaces has a large vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a similar layout as the first, with a large bed and a twin over twin bunk.

There is a 240 volt plug in the driveway to charge an electric vehicle.

The ideal place to refresh your mind and relax in the comfortable mountain air, Pine Valley has plenty to offer beyond its beauty. Activities nearby include guided horseback rides through the Snow Canyon, along with paddle sports and fishing in the Pine Valley Recreation Area. Want to explore further?
