This new open plan house easily extends to the spacious outside living areas with huge bi-fold doors allowing a seamless flow from the internal living areas to the alfresco ones. Sea breezes keep the house cool while you refresh in the lovely freshwater pool or relax on the daybed after a day at the beach only 300 metres away.

If you feel like cooking, there is a gourmet kitchen and butlers pantry fitted out with new European appliances and accessories. The large dining table can also be extended if you have some extra dinner guests. The living room boasts a large flatscreen TV and Sonos music system.

There is a cosy separate TV room and two fully en-suited Queen bedrooms, both with walk-in robes, plus a powder room downstairs. Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with walk-in-robe, plus another twin bedroom, both en-suited.

If you are looking for restaurants, there are some exceptional ones in Noosa, Noosaville, Maroochydore, Peregian and the Sunshine Coast hinterland. For those more active there are lots of nature walks and, of course, the beach only an easy stroll away. The Sunshine Coast also offers many great courses for the golf enthusiast. Palmer Coolum Golf Course is just across the road and Mt Coolum only minutes away. In fact, there are over 20 public and private courses on the Sunshine Coast.

If you are ready for a climb, Mount Coolum climb is very close as is Mt Ninderry and Emu Mountain. Alternatively, beach walking tracks take you right along the coastline. The mouth of the Maroochy River, Lake Weyba and the Noosa Everglades are favourite spots for SUP and kayaking where bird life is abundant. Surfing, kite surfing and parasailing are available up and down the coast.

Markets are a favourite weekend pastime and you should take time to visit the infamous Eumundi markets. Other weekend markets that are also worth visiting are the Saturday Yandina markets and the Sunday Noosa markets. Coolum Beach and Cotton Tree also host weekend markets.

The property is only an hour and a half north of Brisbane and 10 minutes from the Sunshine Coast airport.

For the young at heart, Aussie World Theme Park, Australia Zoo and Bli Bli Aqua Park are all close by.
