The Mayacama Residences are inspired by the intimate hillside villages of Tuscany, with beautiful nature, art, and tasteful designs. Quintessentially alfresco, it is elegant with beautiful outside and inside living.

Inside the neighborhood's gates are 675 acres of classic California Wine Country with spreading oaks and golden vineyards adorning the hillside. The championship Jack Nicklaus signature course is ranked among the top 100 in America. Equally extraordinary is a wine program that includes 35 renowned vintners who are all fellow Members. Tennis, swimming in the 25-meter lap pool, bocce, a spa, a culinary program, a bustling social calendar, and an exciting Juniors' Program round out the exceptional experience.

The one-bedroom casita's have a kitchenette and outdoor grill. There is also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The casita's do not have a washer or dryer (the property can do same-day wash and dry from an outside vendor).

Please note:

*Guests have limited access to Mayacama golf (PGA event here), guests will pay greens fees and tee times that can be arranged with the owner.

*Each casita is slightly different. Some of the casita's have 1.5 bathrooms, but not all. Square footage ranges from 650-750.

*All floor plans differ, and there is no guarantee of which specific residence you will be assigned to on property.

*The heated outdoor pool is closed from the end of October - the beginning of May (weather permitting).

*All of the neighborhood amenities are available to you but you will have to book the tennis courts (free) and spa through the concierge.
