This spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home in South Austin is perfectly located for quick access to downtown Austin’s famous music venues, bars, and restaurants, Congress Ave, Lady Bird Lake, Circuit of the Americas, and Barton Springs.

After a long day boating on the lake, unwind in the comfy living room and curl up on the wrap-around sofa. Pour your favorite beverage and head outside to the covered patio. Whip up a feast in the beautiful fully-equipped kitchen and feast al fresco on the outdoor dining table. There is a pool and playground that are shared in the HOA.

There are three bedrooms to choose from when you are ready to retire for the night. The primary room on includes a king bed with an en suite bathroom. One guest room with a queen bed and a nursery with a crib are on the same level with access to a bathroom located in the hallway. Another guest room with a queen bed and a full bath are located downstairs. The home comfortably sleep five adults and a child in the nursery.

*As of November 2022 there is construction on the lot behind the home on the other side of the privacy fence. The noise during business hours is minimal, but the host wants THIRDHOME members to be aware so there are no surprises and everyone enjoys a wonderful stay.
