The completely renovated home features panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, high ceilings, and warm wood floors that radiate the sunshine pouring through the windows. The open floor plan creates a welcoming ambiance for all with a gourmet kitchen, sun-filled dining nook, and living room with a plush sectional and flat-screen TV.

Outside is a balcony space to enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze. The home features a hot tub that seats seven comfortably, an outdoor shower, two electric bikes, boogie boards, and surfboards. The SMART home comes with clear instructions to enhance your stay.

When you are ready to retire for the night, there are four beautifully decorated bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, with California King beds. The first-floor guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two bunk beds, each with a queen on the bottom and a full on the top. There is also a twin-day bed that sleeps one additional guest.
