Although the property is surrounded with numerous recreational activities and parks, shopping, dining, golf, etc., the 8-acre property provides you with its own private recreational area for your entertainment. Outdoor entertainment on the property includes your own private Pickleball court, Volleyball court, Cornhole, Horseshoes, and covered outdoor area with Ping Pong and Foosball Tables.

Prepare your meals outdoors and lakeside at the well-equipped outdoor kitchen provides a large gas grill, Traeger grill, Smoker, Skillet, and Pizza Oven while your family and friends are poolside or relaxing in our luxurious 8-person hot tub with lounger and LED color-changing lighting adjacent to the outdoor kitchen. Enjoy our outdoor sound system by downloading the Bellissimo SONOS app and listen to your favorite music from the outdoor speakers located on the front porch or backyard porches and pool area.

After dinner, spend your evening sitting around the firepit or take a stroll up the Bellissimo Castle stone tower to the enchanting Rooftop Bar or as we call it (" The Cannon Bar" ) equipped with a bar area, refrigerator, and firepit table for the perfect "end of the day" experience....a view of the stars and the tranquility of the Lake in the evening, so peaceful...my favorite space! If you need to work alongside your vacation at Bellissimo, the home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a private desk area, also providing you with a view of the Lake while you work!

If you want to maintain your exercise regimen while on vacation, Bellissimo Castle has a separate gym area equipped with Treadmill, Power Tower, Elliptical, Exercise Bike, and weights.

Lake Lanier Islands offers a day of fun for the kids at the waterpark and beach area, several restaurants, and for the golfers...Lake Lanier Island Legacy Golf Course. Several parks abound...Lanier Point Park is a sports facility in the Gainesville area that provides baseball, softball fields, and hiking trails. Lake Lanier Olympic Park was the site of the 1996 Centennial Olympic rowing, canoe, and kayak events and offers a public boat ramp, beach, and picnic area. Linwood Nature Preserve offers nature trails and bird watching and is a national model for native plant conservation. Longwood Park is one of Gainesville's most popular parks offering beautiful lake views, fishing, a boat dock, tennis courts, trails, playgrounds, and a walk through the Rock Creek Greenway to the Downtown Square in Gainesville.

The property is also in close proximity to several popular wedding venues allowing your family, friends, or bridal party to utilize our unique property for your accommodations. So the weather is not cooperating with your outdoor activities, no problem! Our indoor game room will entertain everyone!
