Newly updated and renovated, the main house has three master suites with king beds and a large common living area at the heart of the home with an 86” TV and pool table, great for entertaining with open living between the family room, dining, and kitchen. Three sliding glass doors open to the expansive patio where you can lounge with friends or play shuffleboard outside while enjoying the panoramic lake view.

The upstairs sleeps another six guests in the three bunk beds and spiral staircase to a bird’s nest with stunning 360 views of the Clear Lake!
The carriage house located just off the main house also has a private bathroom, queen bed, sitting area, and two rollaway twin beds to sleep another four guests.

The backyard features a pool and private walking trail with two boat docks with a boat lift and ample private parking for guests and trailers. There is a public boat launch just a mile down the road at Clear Lake Park, a short 2-minute drive. The property is fully fenced with keypad entry for security and privacy.

The guest house has another three bedrooms and two bathrooms with open living and dining space, big screen TV, a full kitchen, and a private patio. This will sleep another six guests.

*We only book one group at a time, so you will NOT have to share the property with anyone outside of your group.

Other things to note
We partner with the wedding and events venue next door, Waters Edge, for groups who are having an event. It is also a great spot for smaller events, couples retreats, and families.
