We very much enjoyed staying at Dan's place. It is in an excellent location, removed from the center of Estepona but not far away. The quality of the furnishings was very high. And we loved the sea view from the balcony. Above all, Dan, the owner, was a great communicator. We messaged many times to discuss various questions I had in advance about amenities and so on, and Dan always replied within hours (if not sooner). We would definitely stay here again.”

Condo is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and all our needs were met. Complex has a great pool. Condo is located in a perfect location, close to beach and lots of restaurants. Dan was very helpful and quick to respond before and during our stay. Garage parking was a great surprise as well. ”

June 2024Great Stay in a Fabulous Location
We had a wonderful week in Estepona and heartily agree with a fellow Thirdhome reviewer that it is the new Marbella. The Apartment is situated in a lovely area with fantastic views all around. The pool area is very well maintained and clean with plenty of sun loungers for all. The staff at the gate and around the development couldn't be friendlier and security is present all night, so you feel safe and secure. The apartment is fully stocked with all necessities and the terrace is large and a perfect place for some midday to evening sun. Dan is obviously an experienced host. His welcome PDF was very thorough and well put together. His restaurant recommendations were brilliant and by the end of our stay we had tried almost all of them on the list and thoroughly enjoyed them. Dan also includes sights worth seeing by travel time which we found very handy for activity planning. We had a great holiday, loved the apartment and the area and would 100% return. ”
