September 2025Very Special Florida Beach Retreat
Siesta Key has been written up as the "Best Beach in the USA" and they are so right! The sand never gets hot due to the fact that it is quartz and it is powdery soft. The beach views seem endless as you are at the beginning of a long, wide, crescent of the Gulf. As we were here in September, the water temp was 80+ degrees! We are Ritz Carlton Club St Thomas members and the accommodations are very comparable in many ways. Ocean views, stylish state of the art kitchen and baths, lovely pool and beach bar. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Being so close to Sarasota's museums and fabulous restaurants, there is so much to do here even on rainy days. Kids will enjoy the Ringling Circus Museum and the Manatees at Mote Marine. If you have time to travel up to St Petersburg, the Dali Museum is a must. If you love to golf, there are many courses a short drive away. Getting there was a breeze as the Sarasota airport is small and accessible. We highly recommend this Hyatt Vacation Club condo.”
