The residence is a completely renovated three-story townhouse. Behind it is a beautiful large saltwater lake and the Florida Bay. The first floor consists of the entry hall, front patio, and a double garage. A staircase leads to the living quarters (please be aware there is a flight of stairs with no alternative.) The second floor is a large open area with a large balcony with a table and six chairs facing the water view, a living room, a dining area, and large kitchen with another balcony, full-size washer and dryer and a powder room.

The third floor has a central hall with a linen closet and two large bedrooms, each with a bath ensuite. The master has a balcony facing the near pond and Florida Bay.

The property is very large and private by Florida Key standards and has a wonderful long boardwalk along the side facing one of the few cuts that runs from the Bay to the Atlantic. A tennis court adapts to basketball or pickleball. The beautiful pool offers a great place to relax or dine al fresco, with 2 BBQs for outdoor grilling. The central office has a library and film offerings, and a small exercise room finishes off the interior.

Corn hole and horseshoe pitch near another BBQ. (Some BBQ's are gas, some charcoal). Brand new dock with seating entices lots of fishing. A private free dock space is reserved for our week which is very rare!
