The space
This expansive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence showcases a state-of-the-art kitchen adorned with luxurious granite countertops, a gas cooktop, double ovens, and abundant storage, complemented by a full-sized refrigerator. Sink into the oversized, plush couches in the living area positioned in front of the large TV and cozy gas fireplace. Unwind on the fresh king-size bed and two new queen-size beds, waking up to breathtaking views. Step into the incredible outdoor haven featuring a 6-person hot tub, inviting seating and dining arrangements, and a convenient gas barbecue grill.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property starting at 4:00pm the day of check in.

This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. NO parties allowed.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the spa, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. The spa is cleaned & maintained regularly by a local spa company. Since we cannot control or guarantee their immediate assistance on spa issues we recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the spa.
