Take in the views from this spacious and inviting home. Open concept living and dining space with an updated kitchen. Spectacular mountain views can be had from the backyard, living room, kitchen and master bathroom.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bath that features a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The home offers a second guest bath with shower/tub combo. And powder room off of living area.

The back yard offers an outdoor dining area with bbq grill and fire pit.

There is a washer and dryer in the home ready for your use.

This area is a quiet, serene neighborhood in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. NO parties allowed.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
