The unit has linens and towels so you don't need to bring your own!

This is the ground-level unit of a Duplex, so you might be able to hear the upstairs unit’s guests when they are on their balcony.

Guests can access all parts of this home and patio. There is also one parking space in the rear of the building.

This property has no air conditioning, but we have ceiling fans and extra floor fans for the hotter days and nights. Keep the windows open for a cross breeze!

This unit is on a shared property however, none of the amenities or any part of the home is shared except for the access gate from the court walkway if coming from the beach.
