Great Condo on the Gulf

This Silver Shells condo directly faces the Gulf & is a short walk to the water. The unit is very well appointed. The direct elevator to the unit makes for easy loading/unloading. It is located perfectly for short drives to many restaurants, golf courses & fishing opportunities. We really enjoyed this stay. The owner is very helpful & responsive. ”

Breath taking views

This is my second time staying at this condo and I hope to come back again. The condo has a great floor plan with 3 bedrooms. Two of them are ocean front masters. There are a total of three full baths so each bedroom has its own bath. There is a private elevator so when you come off the elevator, you come straight into the condo. The condo is well stocked with just about every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. There are even several beach chairs. Tammie was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. We have booked her other property, Sweet Serenity in Nanthala, NC in the mountains. We can't wait. ”

Amazing condo

I have stayed in a lot of 3rd Homes (at least 8 now). This is one of the best. The views are amazing, location ideal. The owner is very responsive. She provided me with detailed instructions (something I wish all 3rdHome owners would do). The condo is very upscale and in excellent condition. Walking distance to a nice restaurant on the beach. What A Jewel!

I have stayed in a number of units at Silver Shells, but this was the nicest one. The owner has done a fabulous job decorating and renovating the unit. It is very well located for good views of the sea. The complex is a wonderfully self contained resort which we find ourselves going back to over and over.”

Silver Shells

We stayed a week on the seventh floor Condo owned by Tammie Willingham. A most impressive decor with private elevator. The beach is wide, long and the sand is white. The water reminded me of the carribean with the colors ranging from light green to navy. My daughter, who is a runner, found the sand too deep, but I could always find the space near the water for a fast walk. Wonderful shopping in several areas and the food was all there for your choosing, and it was very good. We had a wonderful week and left with memories to cherish for a long time. A golden stay in Silver Shells

We stayed at Silver Shells Destin for a week in November. The Condo was perfectly positioned right on the beach of snow white sand and crystal clear water. It was lovely to wake up to the beautiful view every morning and the sunrise is stunning and can be seen from the master bedroom! The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The bed in the master room is the only one that was used and it was huge and extremely comfortable. Whilst the member didn't have a cot in the apartment, she was incredibly helpful in telling us how we could go about arranging it and was generally incredibly helpful and emailed to check everything was ok and had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. You need a car - don't expect to walk anywhere except on the beach, the place is made for driving! We found a great supermarket called Fresh Market which had lovely fresh food. Overall while it was only the 3 of us, we had a great stay and this place would be ideal for a large family too. ”
