Description

Zen Coastal Retreat

This "Zen Coastal Retreat" is a lovely two-bedroom - no TV- villa in complete harmony with the surrounding nature and landscapes. The property is just 15 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Santander, in the extreme north of Spain, facing the Atlantic Ocean.

Santander is an ideal holiday destination. The city is rich in cultural and historical heritage that awaits tourists to discover. The palaces in this city were among the favourites of the Spanish royalty back in the late 19th century. Today, they remain one of the most-visited attractions in Santander.

The culinary offerings of Santander are one of the city's pride. One of the main ingredients in the local cuisines of Santander is fish. Fish soups are popular here, as well as the cocido montañés and marmita de bonito. Tapas are famous throughout Spain, so you will have your chance to try them here. Rabas, or fried squid, is a favourite seafood tapa on the Cantabrian coast.

The "Zen Coastal Retreat" is the perfect option if you want to relax in harmony and get rid of the stress of the city. You can admire beautiful rural and mountain views from the lovely private garden and swimming pool. From this villa area, you can go to a separate building: a gym, a sauna, an outdoor shower, and two private offices/workspaces, one of which has a separate loft.

A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room is the perfect spot to enjoy the delicatessen while admiring the views. Living spaces are ample and bright, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. A decor blend of modern and classical styles and wooden elements creates an elegant and fashionable atmosphere surrounding the property.

The rooms are furnished and tastefully decorated, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a modern and minimalist style that fits perfectly with the luminosity and harmony of this property.

Within fifteen minutes of walking from the house, you will reach a river path, ideal for walking dogs or taking evening strolls. You will be at ten minutes drive from several surfing beaches and hiking trails.

Outstanding accomodation

Our trip to Northern Spain was made better with the opportunity to return to a comfortable home each evening after exploring the area. The home was well furnished and clean. Only had one comment that we shared with the homeowners. ”
