From its exterior, Casa Alta Vista appears to be another of San Miguel's historic treasures! As a 16th Century Spanish Colonial home, as was ­the intention of acclaimed architect Manual Barbosa and internationally renowned interior designer Marcia Brown, completed the house in 2001.

Casa Alta Vista combines for the optimum in beauty and comfort in this gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 6000 sq. ft. Villa. The home's stunning interiors will take you far beyond Mexico bringing together parts of Spain, Italy, France and Morocco creating a visual feast further enhanced by every modern convenience (the home comes electronically outfitted and includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.)

The spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to fifteen persons. Each of the six bedrooms feature king size beds and their own private bath. True to Old World Mediterranean tradition, multiple living and dining areas are located both indoors and out.

The lovely interior dining room seats ten persons and the outdoor dining seats eight. Once both are combined, which is easily done, there is seating for a total of eighteen persons. The rooms are both spacious and comfortable, lending themselves naturally to the congregation of family and friends.

Direct Television and a flat screen TV with a DVD player provide additional entertainment while multiple phone lines allow for business and communication needs to take place conveniently. Free unlimited calling (via Vonage) is provided as well as free wireless high speed Internet.

To ensure a carefree stay at Casa Alta Vista, a full staff is provided to address all needs or worries. This includes two maids, a cook, and gardener at your service throughout your visit. For those wishing to display their own culinary talents the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is at your disposal. Its features include a six-burner gas stove, hand crafted "cemento polido" countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Guests can await meals while enjoying the bar or relaxing on the expansive rooftop patio.

Casa Alta Vista has one designated parking place. There is additional parking across the street at the Mirador.
