The villa shares a driveway with the Chateau and is in close proximity to the caretakers' house, which is located approximately 10 meters away but maintains its privacy. Guests are guaranteed an amazing experience, considering the region's natural beauty, the luxurious villa, and the abundance of activities available.
While staying at the villa on Chateau Rouffillac grounds, guests may have access to a pool and gym, provided that the chateau is not rented out. To confirm the availability of these amenities, guests are advised to contact the owner.

It is important to note a few details about the villa. The stairs leading to the second and third floors are quite steep, making it unsuitable for small children or individuals with mobility issues. The stairs to the second floor do not have a handrail, further limiting their suitability for small children or those with mobility challenges.

In the event that the chateau is not rented, the hosts are delighted to offer a tour for the guests' enjoyment. The caretakers reside on the property, located right next to the villa, and share the driveway.

Inside the villa, there are two showers and one bathtub available. Guests should be mindful of the fact that there is only one hot water tank, given that this is an old historic building without modern plumbing.

As for future improvements, the hosts have plans to install air conditioning in the villa by summer 2023.
