As you step into the beautifully adorned open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you'll immediately notice the ample seating available to accommodate everyone in your group. The spacious family room boasts two comfortable couches and a swivel chair, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot for movie nights. The dining area showcases a stunning driftwood table with seating for up to 10 people, complemented by four additional stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay, showcasing stainless steel appliances and elegant quartz countertops.

On the first level, you'll discover the first of many expansive outdoor entertaining areas. The screened-in back patio is tastefully furnished with a large sectional and a flatscreen TV, creating a comfortable space to unwind. Stepping out onto the extensive patio, you'll find a dining table accommodating six, a grill, corn hole boards, and the inviting *heated pool. Complete with four loungers, four chairs, and a built-in seating ledge, this outdoor oasis ensures everyone can bask in the sun to their heart's content. It's so delightful that you may never want to go back indoors! Additionally, the first level features a convenient half bath and laundry room.

Ascending to the second level, you'll encounter two king suites and hallway bunk beds with twin mattresses. Your guests can enjoy their king suite and private balcony while you indulge in the Master suite, which boasts a spacious king-sized bed, a luxurious bathroom, and an oversized private balcony. The Master balcony offers a comfortable sectional with a small table and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat. On the third floor, you'll find the third king suite, a bunk room accommodating six, a hallway desk area, and a cozy reading/iPad nook. The bunk room features a twin/twin bunk and a queen/queen bunk, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. Adjacent to the bunk room, a large balcony with seating for four awaits, along with an outdoor pool table for added entertainment.

All four bedrooms in the house are equipped with private balconies and full bathrooms, making this home a dream for entertainers. With plenty of personal space, it's an ideal choice for multiple families vacationing together. The backyard pool patio area is fenced and bordered by landscaping, ensuring ample privacy during your stay.

Please note that "Enchanting Retreat" is located in a new build community, and while we cannot guarantee a construction-free environment during your stay, we strive to minimize any disruptions to your experience.
