Island Retreat

This is a unique opportunity to live an extraordinary experience on Hättan, an isolated island, with a complete absence of motorized land vehicles, in the beautiful southern Bohuslän archipelago. Its neighbouring island Dyrön, just north of Marstrand, is one of Tjörn's six archipelago islands with year-round residents and a grocery store. Almost 190 permanent residents live here, but the island is filled with boats and summer guests in the summer.

The house is located on a small island called Hättan, near the island of Dyrön, also known as Stora Dyrön, a classic West Sweden landscape. There is a ferry connecting the island in high season twice a day, in low season only on the weekend, and Guests can use a speed boat and in high season also a rib boat parked on the deck.

The property is divided between a main house and a guest house with a maximum capacity of 8 people. The guest house has two bunk beds and a small kitchen, and it is directly connected to the main house with a lovely rustic terrace.

This property's rustic and elegant decoration keeps intact the character and ambience of the surrounding landscape and is an example of traditional architecture.
