January 2025Good place in a just ok neighborhood
This is a cute apartment but not luxury. The location is close to Old San Juan, Condado, etc but it’s definitely in a more up and coming area. My husband is from Bayamon and when we arrived in the neighborhood he instantly wanted to go back to him mothers house in the hood. I convinced him to give it a chance and we ended up being just fine there. It’s very walkable with a food truck village within two blocks. We likely wouldn’t stay here again, but the owner indicated they’d be opening a boutique hotel close by with a pool that we would probably try out because the staff were amazing. So attentive and helpful. Unit was very clean. All and all a good experience. ”
