Minimum housekeeping fees for twice a week $150.
Optional service fee of $1500 include pre-arrival trip planning from booking reservations at beach clubs and restaurants, chef services, car rental and every imaginable vacation activity. We can also arrange villa pre-stocking for groceries and wine/liquor orders.
We also have a dedicated Air Desk to assist with flights and reserving airport VIP services.
Our on-island 24/7 concierge services include: meet & greet at the airport, villa tour, daily (if not more frequently) outreach or touch base with clients, reconfirmation of all activities, booking of new activities.
Service Fee also includes the insurance up to $5,000 for any damage incurred in the villa during a stay. If opted out, the guest would be 100% responsible for their own damage insurance or to pay for any damage incurred.
