No smoking allowed inside or out. 6 people max. Community quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. This is a luxury vacation rental in an upscale community...no loud parties or large groups allowed. The golf cart must be kept in the garage when not in use.
This home is not kid or pet-friendly. No exceptions.
Additional Fees
For $300 per week, you'll receive a dedicated full-service concierge team that includes an arrival meet and greet, assistance with reservations, activities, airport transfers, and anything you need help with during your stay. The fee also includes the use of a 6-seater golf cart and Club Palmilla access for 6 daily.

Casa Cobra is a 3 bedroom large Condo at Palmilla Dunes in Cabo SanLucas. It is well appointed, well stocked and well maintained, including the use of an electric cart during our stay. It also has many streaming TV channels and their private pool and gym are first rate. It was a first rate stay. Congrats to Staci for all.”

March 2024Perfect Escape in Palmilla!
We had a lovely stay at the luxurious Casa Cobra! The owner was extremely responsive and immediately connected us with her concierge team, who helped us plan a wonderful itinerary for our week in Cabo. The villa's kitchen is fully stocked, which we appreciated for the nights we stayed in and grilled out. We made great use of the rooftop, watching the beautiful sunrises and curling up next to the fireplace in the cool evenings. We loved all of the outdoor spaces and utilizing the Sonos speakers throughout - every comfort you could ever ask for is available in the villa! The golf cart access was also extremely beneficial when needing to make quick and easy trips to the local grocery store and throughout Palmilla. We highly recommend breakfast at Breeze, located at the One&Only Palmilla. Don't hesitate to book your stay at Casa Cobra - you won't regret it! ”
