AMAZING WEEK in Martha's Vineyard

What an utterly amazing week in Martha's Vineyard. A group of 5 women who had been friends for 20+ years soaked up all that Chappy Island and Martha's Vineyard had to offer. We hiked, we biked, we walked on the beach, we shopped and we dined and cooked! The house is perfect. Beds are super comfy. Lots of fun stuff around the house like board games and great cooking utensils and fabulous grill. We could be regular visitors we loved it so much and the host was great about telling us all about MV and the little island before our trip. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!”

Post and Beam Retreat On the Water

The home is beyond amazing. Every window has spectacular views of the Edgartown Bay, marshes and the ocean beyond. The sunsets over the water provided a treat every night. Being in the home is like sitting on a beach with wildlife all about. The home is adjacent to Trustee of Reservation land with ocean side trails and miles of beaches. Truly the home is a paradise. The host was fantastic and responsive to questions while the home was well appointed with everything one needs. Thanks for the WONDER FULL experience.”

Idyllic Martha's Vineyard beach retreat

Our stay in early May was lovely and restful. The house is gorgeous and each of our three couples had perfect accommodations. The views from every room are breathtaking. As Chappaquiddick has no commercial stores or restaurants, it was fortunate that we were in pre-season and therefore had no long waits when we took our car on the tiny ferry to Edgartown (highly suggest a trip to Larsen's in Menemsha for lobster rolls). Parking and walking onto the ferry is an easy alternative as there are many restaurants and shops right close to the ferry dock. We ate most meals at the house and the kitchen was nicely supplied. Best of all we were able to take many walks along the beautiful long stretches of beach and trails that are nearby. Our host was most accommodating and was quick to answer any questions. ”
