June 2024Walk two minutes to the sea, beautiful long Sandy beach, Brewster’s flats
So quiet relaxing, birds signing, we had a very good time by the sea. House is a very cozy , comfortable cottage, well equipped . We had the best lobsters and fresh fish, from the fish market every day, enjoyed different beaches. Right on the beautiful bike route we rode . We enjoyed the very best Cape Cod had to offer. Thank you for the nice, relaxing holiday . We would like to come back!”

May 2024Great cottage and fantastic location.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The cottage has been nicely renovated while retaining the charm of an old Cape Cod cottage. We were three people and there was lots of room for us. There is only one bathroom but that was not an issue for us. We have been to Cape Cod many, many times and this was probably the best location we have ever stayed in. It is only a five minutes walk to the ocean where you can explore the tidal flats, and 10 - 15 minutes the other direction to the town of Brewster for shops and restaurants. The owners were great to deal with. We would be excited to return here for another visit.”
