Situated on a spacious 472 square meter plot of land, our 400 square meter house boasts a sleek modern design with exposed concrete and tensioned elements, along with adjustable louvres, all meticulously crafted by MarchettiBonetti, renowned for their expertise in both exterior and interior design. The entire house has been meticulously waterproofed to ensure durability and longevity.

Step inside to discover four beautifully appointed suites, including two master suites with king-sized beds, perfect for indulgent relaxation. The other two suites feature two single beds each, which can be joined to accommodate your preferences. For added convenience, there's a cosy dining area adjacent to the suites, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening snack.

With five bathrooms, including a powder room on the ground floor, our beach house ensures comfort and privacy for all guests. The bathrooms in the bedrooms benefit from natural ventilation, thanks to strategically placed skylights, providing an airy and refreshing atmosphere.
