Industrial loft At The Lake

The Loft is situated directly on the shores of Lake Malchow in the Mecklenburg Lake District. This historic building, boasting ceiling heights of 3.80 meters, is a unique industrial monument. The "Loft" is anything but ordinary. The goal was to create a space where one can instantly unwind, and everything contributes to well-being.

In addition to the spacious open living area with a luxury kitchen and dining area, the loft features two cosy bedrooms, a bathtub, and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and sauna. The interior design of the apartment is an international blend of New York loft, Ibiza lounge, Berlin industrial, and Cape Town cocooning.

Pure relaxation awaits on the comfortable indoor and outdoor seating with lake views. Furniture and artworks range from German craftsmanship to finds from Israel, Cambodia, Nepal, Vietnam, and South Africa. Everything has been tailored to the purpose of maximum relaxation and rejuvenation.

Relax under the Hanging Garden or on the 50-square-meter terrace lounge furniture just 3 meters from the lakeshore. Enjoy the proximity to the lake with a view of Malchow Abbey. On colder days, snuggle up on the couch by the fireplace or in the infrared sauna.

The "Loft am See" features a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and professional appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The kitchen is also cosy, and the dining area is open. The living room has a window front of over 10 meters overlooking the lake. The two cozy bedrooms each have double beds with a width of 1.80 meters and direct or side views of the lake.

The generous bathtub beckons for a candlelit bubble bath, while the second bathroom boasts a walk-in rain shower and a beautiful infrared sauna for two. Both bathrooms have toilets.

The terrace 3 meters from the lakeshore has cosy and highly flexible outdoor lounge furniture. There is also a dining table on the wooden terrace.

Access to the lake for swimming and boating is available via the private boat dock directly in front of the apartment. A parking space under the carport is in a secured area on the opposite side of the street.
