November 2024Great cozy mountain retreat!
Spent a great 5 days up at Beech Mountain in Jen's property. She was a very accommodating host and had great local recommendations that made the trip planning a breeze. It was great to see the mountain reopened and the local community pulling together after the recent devastation of the storms. There are downed trees everywhere, but the mountain beauty still shines through. The property is not large, but is a great setup for a solo traveler, a couple or a small family. It's a great location for hiking with many trails nearby, and would be a very convenient location for skiing at Beech. ”
