This beautifully designed house is perfect for gatherings of great friends or a family with young children. The spacious living areas and thoughtful amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all. The main level features an office space equipped with a Peloton, ideal for those who need to balance work and play. This room can also be set up with an air mattress to accommodate additional guests. The main floor bathroom, complete with a shower, provides convenience and flexibility for any group.

Upstairs, guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploration. The secondary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for friends or extended family. The third bedroom is designed with young children in mind, featuring a cozy crib. For larger groups, a queen air mattress can be set up upon request.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the master bedroom closet and the garage. Street parking is readily available for convenience. Please note that there is an ADU (carriage house) above the garage, which is tenant-occupied. This space is separately gated and fenced, ensuring complete privacy for both guests and the tenant. The tenant will not have access to the main house, yard, or hot tub.

The hosts' golden retriever and one-year-old child occasionally leave toys behind, but every effort is made to ensure every detail is perfect for the visit.
