Casa Solana, aptly named for its vibrant yellow exterior, is a contemporary beach home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Pensacola, FL. This delightful property promises privacy and solitude, making it the perfect family vacation retreat. As you enter Casa Solana, stairs from the open carport lead up to the front entrance, where you are greeted by a bright, open-concept floor plan. The spacious living room features beautiful couches, offering ample seating for family gatherings. Adjacent to the living area is a large, well-equipped kitchen, complete with plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar, and both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee Maker. The dining area, situated in front of Gulf-side picture windows, provides breathtaking views of the ocean during meals. Doors from the living room open to a spacious deck with a unique arbor, ideal for shaded outdoor dining. The rest of the deck area is bathed in sunshine and includes stairs that lead directly to the sand, perfect for a quick beach access.

The left hallway from the front entrance leads to two bedrooms and a laundry room. Bedroom 1 features two queen beds and a private bath, while Bedroom 2 offers waterfront views, a king bed, and an en-suite bath. Upstairs, the large master suite, Bedroom 3, boasts double doors that open to a private Gulf-side balcony. This luxurious suite includes a king bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, and a huge master bath with a double vanity, garden tub, separate toilet with bidet, an oversized double-head glassed-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also located upstairs. Bedroom 4 is equipped with two bunk beds (Twin over Full) and a private bath, while Bedroom 5, also waterfront, includes a king bed, a convertible twin to queen pullout, and a private bath.

Casa Solana embodies the classic beach house, offering an ideal spot for rest and relaxation. Recent upgrades to the home include a 60" flat-screen television in the living area and beautiful tile flooring throughout, replacing all carpet. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
