October 2019Great Villa for a Quiet Relaxing stay and AMAZING 4 Seasons Service
The villa sits high up on a hill with beautiful Ocean views overlooking the golf course and 4 Seasons property. The 4 Seasons is known for its OUTSTANDING SERVICE and this resort is no different. Frozen grapes on the beach, catering to your every need. The staff goes above and beyond. The layout of the house is perfect for entertaining with all 4 bedrooms and the kitchen being upstairs and the infinity pool being below . Monkees are always around the house and trees and quite entertaining. The only downside to the location up on the hill is that it requires transportation anywhere you go--even to the main hotel , beach, restaurants etc...Thankfully a 6 seater golf cart is included with the property. We had a party of 8 so we had to either rent an extra golf cart at $50 per day or pay for taxis everywhere we went or everytime we wanted to go to breakfast or the beach. The owner Simon was good with communication about the villa. The only "beef" i had with the villa/owner is that the 4 Seasons resort had been completely shut down and only reopened 4 days before our arrival. We had this house booked for 6 months on 3rd Home and were never told about the closure. Our group of 8 paid over $10,000 in flights alone only to find out about 2 weeks before we arrived, it was shutdown and had been all summer and many of the restaurants and services werent gong to be available--Even the gift shop was closed. We had to go out most nights becasue the property only had 1 restaurant a night open. -so we either had to eat the same food every night or go out which again was very expensive when the average taxi bill was $75-100 per night...All in all, it is a lovely property and the 4 Seasons is unmatched with its service--but the fact that a lot of things on the property were still closed put a lot of unneccessary expense on our group and this should have been relayed to us so that we could make an informed decision on whether we still wanted to go.. ”

Best Vacation!
My party of 8 (4 grandparents, my husband and I and a 3 year-old and 5 year-old) stayed at Simon’s private home on the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis June 10th – June 17th 2017 and had one of the most amazing vacations. It was a purely blissful week on Nevis. We are fans of this island for life! We have been all over the Caribbean and I think we all agreed this is among our top 2 favorite islands. The views from all areas of the property were gorgeous. During the week, we had a private van tour of the island including an amazing scenic lunch at Golden Rock, we ate at all the local restaurants and we even took the sunset cruise twice! (The sunset cruise was complimentary due to the ‘inconvenience’ of the beach construction that was going on at the resort). The resort was peaceful and beautiful with great amenities – three of us did a tennis workout clinic one morning and had a blast with the new pro at the resort. You cannot beat the service at a Four Seasons…complimentary frozen grapes, fruit skewers, cold towels and mist sprays delivered to your lounge chair on the beach almost by the hour! My children spent a few hours in the complimentary Kid’s Club and had an amazing time with the activity coordinator there. Simon’s house is gorgeous. The pool was so refreshing for a quick swim and we enjoyed BBQing one night and even chatting with the monkeys, lol! A family of monkeys loved to climb on the back roof and watch us through the upper window of the main living room. My little boys thought it was so funny -- like we were the ones in a zoo! The house is set up perfectly for a large party. The master suite is in the main house, while the guest bedrooms are accessed from an outside covered walkway. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil or cooking instrument you need. The Four Seasons staff and hospitality were superb...even better than the Four Season staff in Bora Bora. Everyone on the island was so friendly and willing to go out of their way. The house manager was so friendly and willing to accommodate any request…again, impeccable service. This was truly one of the best vacations our family has enjoyed, and we have all traveled the world, so that is saying a lot! ”
