The open family room, with its vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace, and the dining area provide breathtaking views of the lake. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with every amenity, including two dishwashers and two refrigerators. The lower level boasts a huge bonus room with a TV, foosball, combo game table (hockey and ping pong), and a wet-bar with a refrigerator. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer on both levels.

Two expansive covered decks, totaling 1,500 square feet, offer spectacular lake views. The upper deck features a large gas grill, sitting area, dining table for eight, and a screened porch with a hanging day bed and a four-top dining table. The lower deck includes a sitting area, dining table, and a seven-person hot tub (additional fee applies for less than seven-day stays). A fire pit area between the house and the lake provides a cozy spot for evening gatherings.

Approximately 30 steps lead down to the large private dock, which includes a covered boat slip and an uncovered area for relaxing. Guests can enjoy the use of two kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe (life jackets not provided; please bring your own as required by Tennessee law). The secluded cove is perfect for swimming, fishing, and water play.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Winchester, TN, the home is close to grocery stores, Walmart, and several restaurants.
