The property is made up of multiple buildings with manicured pathways through the gardens. The main Villa has an incredibly well-stocked library with a super fun loft with two twin beds, perfect for the young adventurous ones!
Everything you can imagine is on the property, from snorkeling gear to kayaks and paddle boards. The property also has a 16' center console boat with a 90HP outboard motor for the use of qualified guests free of charge, and a 28' dive and fishing boat with twin 150HP outboards available for charter. The estate leads right to the water with fantastic snorkeling right off the shore. Small dogs allowed, no puppies.
Guests have complete access to the property except any utility or service areas housing sensitive plants and machinery like pump rooms etc. There is a beautiful herb and veggie garden, a shade house where you can pick fresh fruits and veggies for your salads and dinners, and a hen house for farm-fresh eggs daily. The kitchen has a walk-in refrigerator, a portion of which is closed off for owner use only.
**Helpful notes from the owner:
It is recommended that visitors fly into Beef Island Airport (EIS) on Tortola, where your private driver will greet you and escort you on your short ride to Trellis Bay, to the owner's private boat that will transfer you across the open water to the dock at the foot of Diamond Reef Estate.
From there, you will be taken to the main house for a welcome drink and brief tour of the property while luggage is deposited in the appropriate bedrooms.
The estate has a full-time dedicated staff, some of whom have been with the owners and the property for more than twenty years. They are professional, discrete, and always respect visitors’ privacy. All housekeeping chores, including washing dishes and kitchen cleanup, trash removal, dusting, bathroom cleanup, and towel changes, are performed daily by the staff. Bedding and fresh flowers in each bedroom are changed twice a week unless otherwise requested. Laundry is done once a week unless otherwise requested. The property managers each live 5 minutes away by boat and are readily available for assistance with the property if needed.
All provisioning will be organized and stocked prior to guests’ arrival, using an intake form that allows guests to specify the level and quantity of provisions desired, along with special requests and dietary restrictions. The guests bear the cost of the provisions, and a service fee of 15% is added. Mixers and spirits are stocked by the owner at the bar, which is open access and provided as a courtesy to house guests.
Each bathroom on the property is provided with a variety of private-label and locally-produced organic soaps, hair products, and lotions. All bath, and pool towels, and SPF 15 and SPF 30 sunscreen, are provided for guests. in each bedroom.
There is a high-speed wireless printer in the library available to all guests.
Guests can also request a full or part-time executive chef, cook, or diving/fishing captain. Massages, yoga instructors, and spa treatments can be arranged on the premises.
Pricing for each such additional staff or service provider can be provided upon request.
Guests may freely use flippers, snorkeling, and fishing gear on the property, as well as lawn games, coolers, beach towels, ocean kayaks, paddle boards, and windsurfers. Diamond Reef guests are provided with two 4-person golf carts, and, for guests who demonstrate a working knowledge of small boat safety and handling, a 16’ center console 90 HP outboard motorboat for use around Great Camanoe Island, Scrub Island, Trellis Bay on Tortola, and the nearby surrounding waters.
