Exceeded Expectations

Our first trip to New Zealand landed us in this spacious, modern, 3-level townhouse with sweeping views of Bay of Plenty and its seemingly endless beach. Top floor living area glass wall opened to protected deck with a large table and grill. Our concerns about too many stairs were nullified by the private elevator that made it easy for one of our guests coming off a knee surgery and getting groceries to the open kitchen. Mount Maunganui is a very cool surf town with breathtaking hiking trails, many great restaurants and fun shopping nearby, including a supermarket within walking distance. We opted for cooking in or takeout most days just to enjoy the privacy and views. Owner was super helpful with suggestions and orientation. ”
