Great Beach House

Wonderful house and beautiful landscaping. Much attention paid to every detail. The house has absolutely everything you could wish for, better stocked than most residential homes I've visited. Lovely pool and backyard with floats and water toys. On a rainy day we loved playing air hokey. Great for couples or families with children. ”

Excellent House & Host

We just completed a trip to the Silver Palm Beach House and loved every minute of our trip. Mike, the host, was extremely helpful leading up to arrival and has an incredible house. His house is fully equipped with everything from a nicely stocked kitchen to tons of beach gear and pool floats. We would love to visit again in the near future.”

A Welcoming Refuge...

While our stay at this comfortable home was not under the best of circumstances (a family medical emergency) it proved to be a welcome refuge. First, our thanks to both 3rd Home and our host, Mike, for working with us on such short notice to secure our stay. It’s location, close to downtown Palm Springs, the airport and the main highway provided a perfect home base to traverse the desert valley. After long days spent with doctors and hospital visits it was wonderful to return “home.” This villa is comfortably furnished and does not skimp on the amenities that make the difference between an inviting home and an ordinary rental property. The kitchen is well stocked, easy to work in and we enjoyed staying put for our dinners and evenings. We took advantage of the gas grill and the great weather, frequently dining “al fresco” under the trellis-covered patio table. The master suite is nicely done…the king bed is comfortable and the bathroom well stocked with toiletries, towels and a large walk-in shower and soaking tub. The oversized walk in closet was an added bonus. We appreciated the Wi-Fi extended throughout the home and the open floor plan, allowing us to watch TV while preparing dinner or working at the dining room table. The instruction notebook addressed all the home’s systems and was informative and helpful. During our stay we had no issues with the electronics and noted this home was well maintained with regular visits from the pool and landscaping service providers. This home provides a welcome and comfortable alternative to a stay at one of the many hotels or large resorts in the desert. Again, a special thank you to Mike for opening up and welcoming us to his home under such short notice. It made a difficult time in our lives more manageable and definitely more comfortable. Great Base for Exploring Palm Springs Area

My wife and I, along with her mom and our daughter had a great Palm Springs experience during our Thanksgiving week stay at the Spanish Villa, The home was spacious, well appointed in every way, including being up to our preparation of a turkey dinner for the holiday. The pool and hot tub were great, and they came in for a lot of use during our visit. Our host, Mike, did an excellent job communicating with us in advance of our visit, and there is a well-prepared visitor's manual on site. We had one small issue on arrival with the temperature regulation of the pool and tub, and Mike had a technician correcting the problem within 2 hours... on a Sunday! The neighborhood itself was not one of Palm Springs more interesting or historic, my perspective being that of an aficionado of the desert modern style. However, Palm Springs is quite compact, and a short drive got us everywhere we wanted within a few minutes, including some great hikes in the desert. We would be delighted to consider a return visit!”
