The first of two king suites on this level offers a private ensuite bath, complete with a crib and a desk for convenience. Two additional living areas spread across the home provide the perfect setting for relaxation, from a cozy space with a 40-inch TV on the main level to a media room with a 60-inch screen on the second floor.

Upstairs, the second king suite features an ensuite bath and a work desk, ideal for those who might need a quiet workspace. Two additional bedrooms, one outfitted with bunk beds and another with twin beds, share a hall bath, making this floor versatile for families with children.
