Accessed by a short ascent of 98 steps, this sophisticated residence offers 250 m² of thoughtfully designed living space spread across three levels, harmoniously merging timeless architecture with modern conveniences.

The property features a heated swimming pool on the western side, available year-round. It provides an idyllic setting for relaxation and enjoyment in this picturesque corner of Dubrovnik.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor emphasises comfort and functionality, showcasing a striking stone staircase, a well-appointed kitchen and dining area with local stone flooring, and a spacious living room adorned with oak parquet. A cosy winter garden and a convenient guest WC complete this level.

First Floor:
The first floor boasts three en-suite bedrooms, each with its private bathroom. The master suite opens onto a large terrace, offering breathtaking views of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, the Elafiti Islands, and Mljet. The “South Room” features a balcony with stunning vistas, while the “North Room” provides ample space and comfort.

Attic Level:
On the attic level, two generously sized bedrooms share a bathroom, each equipped with windows framing scenic views of the Old Town.

Outdoor Area:
The outdoor space includes a heated pool (7m x 3.5m), available for year-round enjoyment and perfect for unwinding and soaking in the sun.

As is typical in this historic area of Dubrovnik, the property does not have direct car access. Guests are welcomed at the "Fire Station" crossroads and can reach the garden area after a brief climb of 98 steps (approximately 25 meters above sea level). Our dedicated staff will assist with luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
