September 2025Amazing villa in Umbria
We had an amazing time at Villa La Tartufaia in Umbria, Italy. The villa is gorgeous, had an amazing kitchen, was very well stocked including a wine fridge with fair priced bottles that we could drink. Filippo, the owner’s son was so gorgeous and very helpful. They have just settled on a large piece of adjoining land that they intend to plant more truffle trees and build another villa. The area is a bit limited for activities but we had some absolute highlights - Argillae Winery tasting lunch, a steak dinner at Kilometre Zero in Montecchio, visiting Civita de Bagnogregio and golf and lunch at Antognolla where the are building a Six Senses. They have 2 e-bikes for guests use too. We would highly recommend this villa. ”
