Description

Phenomenal location in Brunswick town, located between the centre of Brighton and Hove, in a quiet street of gorgeous mews houses with a free parking space! The sea is at one end and numerous cafes, shops, bars, restaurants of Western Rd at the other.

This lovely nineteenth century mewshouse was once a coach house for the grand regency houses of Brunswick square. Painted a gorgeous cute teal blue/green, it is super stylish, with open plan kitchen/living/dining. Fully refurbished, with a contemporary interior featuring a master suite and superking 4 poster bed, a further superking plus a Queen bed with single bunk above. Sleeps 7, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with parking in a superb location!

As you enter the property there is a lovely airy feel due in large part to the open plan kitchen/dining/living area spanning over 50 square metres.

The old stable doors have been replaced by bifolds opening out into the courtyard and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to get you started. The dining area seats 8 and in the lounge area you will find two enormous, oversized 4 seater chesterfield sofas and a flat screen TV with Netflix, prime video etc. On the ground floor there is also the bonus of a cloakroom with a walk in shower.

Upstairs you will find the huge master ensuite with two Juliette balconies affording the room plenty of natural light. The superking four poster bed is a real feature and an expanse of wardrobes also means there is plenty of storage. The ensuite bathroom with walk in shower plus a handy washer/dryer completes the master suite.

There are two further bedrooms on the top floor plus a family bathroom with bath and shower above. Bedroom two features a superking dark green velvet bed which can be converted into twin beds should this be preferred. Bedroom three can sleep up to three in the double bed with a single bunk above. It also features a desk area for home working.

The beach and Hove gardens are literally just round the corner from this lovely street of former coach houses to Brunswick Square. At the top of the road, at the opposite end to the beach, you will find the fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes and bars of Western Road and Brighton centre and the Laines are just a short stroll too.

Some of our favourite restaurants within just 5 minutes are: etch, market, six, cin cin, tropical sushi, botanique, palmitos, the ginger pig, burnt orange, rock water, the salt rooms ... to name just a few!! The new soho house on Brighton sea front is just a walk away as well. So whilst our BRIGHTONMEWS cottage is quiet, private and comfortable, it is in a brilliant central location.

Without doubt one of the bonus features of our Brighton mews house is the parking space to the front which is a real rarity for the area. We are also very well served by all public transport as well and a car is by no means a necessity.
