We feel so fortunate to have been able to coordinate a family reunion at this remarkable property in Costa Rica. From the initial contact with the owner of the villa through the warm, final farewell with the incomparable staff we experienced top class professionalism, service and amenities that made this a trip of a lifetime for all involved.... ages 8 - 78! There is no way to thank them enough for the shared family memories we have that will last a lifetime. The location, design and attention to detail of the property is second to none, but the real gem of this experience for us was the staff who went so out of their way to help us with every aspect of our vacation. Superb on Every Level (Five stars are not enough)

This property is top notch in every way. The attention to detail in architecture, interior design, and furnishings is outstanding. The views from every room - breathtaking, and there was yet another dynamic to celebrate, the warm and courteous staff. We were pampered by the 24-hour concierge service and the joyful kitchen staff who offered complimentary breakfast each morning. Daily our group of 14 guests would praise different aspects of the villa and thoughtfulness of the staff. It was our pleasure to enjoy an evening with the owners, David, Sabrina, and Cecilia who attended the Costa Rican premiere of the soon-to-be-released feature film "Indian Horse" directed by one of our guests, Stephen S. Campanelli. Kudos to the visionaries behind Villa Punto De Vista as they have created a true haven to celebrate PURA VIDA! ”

Flawless stay with friendly staff

Architecturally speaking, this may be one of the most beautiful, if not THE most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail within the home has been well thought through. The intention of the villa was to combine elements of a 5-star hotel through the service, elegance, sophistication and ambience, but provide a private space for an intimate experience. And the blend of these two worlds is done flawlessly. The villa’s location will wow you, it is in close proximity to all the best activities Costa Rica has on offer including ATV, horse riding, waterfall exploration, whale watching, surfing and more. From the vila, there are native friends staring at you from their trees just a few feet away. I’m talking about the sloths, the three different types of monkeys, toucan birds, iguanas and other stunning wildlife Costa Rica is known for. The greatest part of my stay within the villa was the warmth and the care received by the staff. Within days the staff felt like family, attending to my every need and desperately wanting to ensure I had the greatest experience possible in their country. If you book this villa, get ready for one of the best weeks of your life.”

Incredible in every way

What a truly wonderful experience to be guests at "Punta De Vista". The extraordinary staff and design of this villa in Manuel Antonio were beyond description. We enjoyed watching a variety of monkeys and sloths in the trees surrounding the villa throughout the day and we saw toucans and macaws fly by. We had a hard time leaving the villa because it was so relaxing. The staff looked after our every need and prepared the most incredible breakfast each morning. I especially enjoyed the sweet watermelon, papaya, passion fruit and pineapple. The pool was warm and surrounded by the rainforest and the hot tub with a view of the ocean was a perfect way to end our evenings. The home is ideal for a group of couples or a family reunion. The Manuel Antonio National Park was right next door which is why the wildlife was so abundant. It is a short walk to the entrance to the park to see the wildlife. A gorgeous beach is also a short walk away. While on the beach we watched white faced monkeys playing in the bushes along the shoreline. The showers all had wonderful rain shower heads in them and natural stone. Ollie who manages the villa is truly wonderful. We adored his company and found his suggestions and help to be very valuable. We plan to return to this lovely area in Costa Rica soon and hope we are fortunate enough to stay at Punta De Vista again. ”

Punto de Vista is Pura Vida!

The true representation of "pure life." Architecturally pleasing to eye, breathtaking ocean views, wildlife/nature surrounding you, and impeccable staff made it the perfect vacation for our family. The VIEWS from each level of the house were amazing! We all really enjoyed having a great breakfast every morning staring at the beautiful ocean and the island that had a huge rock on it that looked like an elephants head. Being in the rainforest was so much fun and we saw so many animals, this was our kid's favorite part. We saw monkeys everyday! By far one of my favorite memories, was the butler Ollie, who went to the dock to get fresh snapper and prepared an incredible meal for our family. The food was so amazing! All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We would highly recommend staying if you ever have the chance!”

Rainforest Meets the Sea is an incredible property with an incredible staff. We were fortunate enough to have dinner with the owner of the Villa, it was a great experience hearing first hand how he designed this architectural masterpiece. The staff of the Villa were a true treat. Manuel Antonio is a great town with lots of great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this Villa, it is truly remarkable!”
