The house sits on a large lot at the exclusive Cumelen Country Club. Its beautiful garden is followed by the clean, shallow, transparent, blue water of Nahuel Huapi Lake after the beach, with a spectacular view on the mountains and the surrounding forests. Cumelen is the most antique private Country Club in Patagonia. It has an excellent golf court, tennis courts, and a private peer for all kind of embarkations and sailing ships.

The House has 5 full bedrooms, 4 of them in suite. The large living room and dining room offer a wonderful view of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom features a King Size pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom has a private living room, desk and a spacious walking closet. The master bath features an extra big size shower, inside a big, comfortable garden tub.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a mandatory fee of $100 day. The house keeper keeps the house clean and does the laundry in a very quick and effective way. She can cook simple menus and serves breakfast and tea every day.

The butler takes care that the heat, the water, the electricity or whatever machine or tube is okay. It is our guarantee that the house is in good shape. He also takes care of the fire place and of the garden.
