Welcome to Lake View Villa, a fantastic 8-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and Jacuzzi located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro, Punta Cana. The villa sits on hole #1 of the golf course, overlooking the lake and green and is just a few hundred yards walking distance from the golf clubhouse where you’ll find a common swimming pool area with kids’ pool, exotic Bali beds, bars, and restaurants.

Lake View Villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and welcomes you through double front doors straight into the spacious and bright living- and dining room area, from where you have direct access to a large terrace, pool area, and tropical garden.

The living room is the place to lounge and entertain; it has a 55-inch flat screen television with cable TV and large, roomy sofas where you can relax and feel at home. The dining room is set up with a large square dining table with room for 16 persons – or you can choose to dine outside on the terrace.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed for a real chef – which comes included in your villa rental. Your chef will prepare all of your meals as requested and planned prior to your arrival, so you have less to worry about during your vacation.

2 of the bedrooms are located downstairs with direct walkout to the pool and garden area. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms on one side of the villa and a master bedroom on the other side of the villa. The master has a large balcony with incredible golf and lake views. The last 2 bedrooms are located in a separate guesthouse - one bedroom downstairs with direct access to pool and garden and another upstairs with a balcony. All bedrooms can be set up with either 1 king or 2 twin beds and have ample closet space as well as its own private bathroom.

We also have 2 maids and a butler, so you don’t have to lift a finger and can just focus on relaxing and having a good time.

You have beach access at several beach clubs in the local area.

The villa is conveniently located by the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Across the street from the entrance (within easy walking distance), you will also find the Palma Real Shopping Village, which has lots of shops, restaurants & bars (incl. Hard Rock Café, Outback Steakhouse, Enoteca wine bar, etc.), a supermarket, a cinema (movies are in English with Spanish subtitles), Jewel nightclub (owned by Akon), and more. This is one of the most attractive places to go out in the evenings – we especially recommend the wine bar.
