Could not have been better!

The owner of this home could not have been more accommodating and gracious. He was responsive and offered plenty of suggestions regarding dining options in the area. The home itself was wonderful. It is located in the private enclave of Tierra Verde and is very close to the shopping, dining and beaches of St. Petes. The Ft. De Soto County Park (about 2 miles away) is a great place to bike, walk and tour the fort. If you love fishing this is the place to go! There are bike and kayak rentals available. We spent most of our time around the pool. The pool seating is generous and the umbrellas come in handy at the end of the day when you have had enough sun! The grill was filled with gas and we enjoyed a few grill nights around the pool. The big screen TV was great and the pool table was used extensively. Pictures don't do it justice

We had a great stay. The pictures that were on third home really did not do the property justice. It was a beautiful home that was secluded away from the touristy areas of St. Pete, but had close access to everything. Kenny, the owner, was very responsive with questions and was easy to work with. ”

Fun Week!

Great location for exploring the St. Petersburg/Tampa area and beautiful setting on the water. Just a couple miles to St. Pete Beach yet out of the congestion. And a number of good restaurants/bars within just a few blocks. Enjoyed a pontoon boat cruise viewing all the gorgeous homes in the area. House was very roomy and comfortable and owners were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Hope we will have the opportunity to use again and highly recommend.”
