Amazing stay

My wife and I stayed for a week in this fantastic villa. The villa has all the necessary comforts to spend a magnificent stay. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The house is equipped with every imaginable comfort. There is a fantastic swimming pool and the terrace overlooking the sea is amazing. We enjoyed the external kitchen with a gas BBQ and a dining table too. Fantastic!!”

Great home to explore the Algarve!

It was our first trip to Portugal and our group absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Bela Vista. The home is large, was very comfortable and made a perfect launchpad for the Algarve beach experience we were looking for. Heather, our host, was easy to communicate with and gave us terrific suggestions for day trips and other ideas to enhance our stay. She was also able to organize to have the home provisioned before we arrived. Casa Bela Vista is just about a mile away from the quaint beach town of Luz and about 10 minutes from the larger city of Lagos. Praia da Luz is a stunning beach! The restaurant options were plentiful in both locations- Though, you will also want to enjoy cocktails and the sunset " Vistas" from your "own" pool deck. Overall we had a great time and look forward to our next visit to Portugal. ”

Fantastic Week in the Algarve

We love the location of the house - we explored the coastline and interior in all directions including paddle boarding in caves, hiking, biking and we loved being so close to charming Lagos. The house was comfortable, well equipped, great views and in a nice neighborhood. Arrival was easy and cleaning was included once during our stay. ”

Great stay in this beautiful area. Too many great beaches, activities and restaurants to mention. Luz (5 min drive or 10-15 minute walk downhill) has a great beach, excellent restaurants and an exhilarating hike along the coast to Lagos. Loved the house and pool and only wish our stay was longer. The host and owner were flexible, responsive and easy to deal with. Thank you for the great stay and introducing us to a wonderful area. Obrigado!”

Most relaxing enjoyable week in West Algarve!!

In a great quiet location, but close to all- beautiful beach, market, many great restaurants, village of Praia da Luz, ocean front parminant, also vary convenience to Largos!! Fantastic terrace & views

Casa Bela Vista is a beautiful property in the Algarve in the small "beachy" town of Praia da Luz. Heather was very nice to deal with and provided great directions to the Casa and villa specifics well in advance of travel. A small suggestion would be to stipulate what the villa doesn't have prior to arrival. It doesn't have any spices in the kitchen so, if you are a group that cooks, you need to bring your own or buy everything from scratch from the grocery store. Also, maybe an oversight, but we didn't have any soap in the bathrooms so had to make an immediate run to the grocery store to get some basics. Having said that, the villa is spacious and very comfortable. The star of the show however is definitely the terrace & pool area; great views, comfortable pool loungers, outdoor seating for dinners etc. The walk into town is downhill, about 15 minutes, the walk back uphill a good workout. The town itself is delightful and has some great places to eat. You are also close to Lagos & Portimao for more good eateries and sightseeing. The hike up the nearby hill is a great way to start the day and the more adventurous guests may choose to walk all the way to Lagos. All in all, we had a wonderful time and were very comfortable at the villa. ”
