Welcome to Murphy’s Paradise, a one acre private gated beachfront estate in the heart of Islamorada, Florida.

This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, family room, living room, game rooms and bar. The home can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people with room to spare.

With alluring ocean views from every room, this home features a rare natural white sandy beach a rareity in the Keys. The lush tropical landscaping with 29 coconut palm trees and onsite RV/Boat parking provided tramendious privacy for you and your guest. Nature is abundant on this estate. In the front yard from the fish in the ponds to the iguanas resting in the trees. The iguanas love to cross the beach. Between April 15 and November 1st watch for turtle tracks, the beach is concidered a prime sea turtle nesting beach. In the morning watch the sea birds march down the beach looking for food in the sea grass.

The main floor Living Room features a leather sofa, loveseat and chair with marble topped oval coffee table. In one corner of the room is a Tommy Bahama style desk with computer and printer. Also, in this corner is the entertainment center closet with speaker selection for music inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs; as well as WiFi. In the opposite corner there is a globe shaped bar. Across the room is a stone fireplace adorned with candles and replica of an Old World Galleon ship. The main floor also has a wrap-around deck to enjoy views from all four sides.

The oversized Kitchen is perfect for a large family. Abundant counter space and kitchen cabinets. Keurig coffee maker. Pots and pans as well as dishes and silverware included. Optional glass top kitchen table with seating for four. The table is suited for the kitchen but can also easily fit in the dining area adjacent to the main floor living area. Stainless applicances: Subzero Refrigerator, Dishwaster, Double Oven with Convection, and Ceramic Cooktop.

The Master Suite features a King-sized bed with Tommy Bahama themed linens. The master is conveniently located on the main level with two sliding glass doors which lead to the wrap-around balcony with views of the most romantic night skies. The master bedroom also has a 60" flat-screen TV with U-Verse and remote. The bedroom has two night tables with bedside lamps as well as an upholstered chair and a ceiling fan. The master bath is ensuite.

Sit back and relax while soaking in the jetted tub and take in the views of the turquoise blue ocean. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, glass enclosed stand alone shower and corner Jacuzzi tub with views of the ocean. Small refrigerator for bottled water is located in the bathroom as well as plush tropical themed bath linens.

The Upstairs Family Room has a ivory leather U-shaped sofa along with a glass topped brass mermaid statue coffee table. The room is centrally located between the Queen Guest Room and the Twin Guest Room. The upstairs hall bath (shared by the twin and king guest rooms) is located off of this room. The King and Queen bedrooms have private balconies. The family room has plenty of natural sunlight from the wall of sliding glass doors leading out to the upstairs balcony. The views from this balcony are breathtaking.There is a wet bar with mini-frig and sink and counter top along the far wall. Also, an optional folding table can be set up for poker or board games; which are located in the TV armoire across from the sofa.

The ground floor features an oversized Game Room that has a poker table, soda machine and commercial ice machine outside. Pool table, air hockey table and other games will be added soon.
A private heated pool, spa and grill that looks overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Activities such as swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, fishing, lobster diving and kayaking for the entire family to enjoy.
