February 2018Royal Villas penthouse
The hotel and location were excellant. The penthouse was perfect. The funriture was a little worn, but the hotel and location make up for this. Mazatlan was also nice and safe. The travel warning are complete BS. The only danger is getting behind old Americans on a side walk that are walking to slow.”

January 2017Royal Villas/Mazatlan
The things people hear about Mazatlan are just not true. We had a very enjoyable stay and were very comfortable walking the streets. The Royal Villas Penthouse Suite was beautiful and the food and accommodations were second to none. I would highly recommend not only this resort but visiting Mazatlan in general.”
