Upstairs in the great room you'll see a granite-topped kitchen, and travertine tile floors. Huge sliding glass doors lead to the glass-enclosed balcony, and provide panoramic views. There's a spacious patio above the sand-- perfect for entertaining. In addition to our 2-car garage, extra off-highway parking is available on our lot, located inside the security gates.

Tide charts posted in the kitchen allow you to plan your walks on the beautiful beach, and find the best times to visit the tide pools located at each end of the cove. You can observe wildlife all year-long, and even watch the whale migrations in fall and spring.

For your convenience, there is an extra enclosed outdoor hot shower just above the path to the beach, and a powder room is located a few steps away, adjacent to the well-appointed laundry room. A tankless hot water heater provides a virtually unlimited supply of hot water, instantaneously.

There is a fine grocery store located in the nearby shopping center, plus a supermarket just a few miles down the road.
