The first floor features tile flooring, a great room with a 70" flat screen cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Out of the 7 bedrooms, 3 are master suites. In total, 4 of the bedrooms have king beds, 2 have queen beds, and the last bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom contains a 40" flat screen cable TV. The game room is outfitted with a slate pool table and foosball table- great for family game nights or indoor entertainment when the weather isn't ideal for swimming or beach-going!

Outside you'll find a patio with outdoor furniture and a spacious deck. Perfect for grilling out! You are sure to also enjoy the private screened in pool with a spa (not a separately heated hot tub only heated to the same temperature as the pool, if the pool is heated) and attached lanai. On the back porch by the pool is a 55" flat screen cable TV for all your entertainment needs!

Disappointing

I was disappointed with the stay. To be sure, I'm used to 3rd Homes being extraordinary. This one, although clean, lacked much of what I expected. No extra toilet paper (only half rolls on dispenser), only one set of towel for the whole week. Nothing by way of most common things in kitchen--no salt, pepper, any spices at all, no paper towels, no Kleenex. The list could go on. But above all, we were told that there is no guest parking within the resort. My sister and I spend many hours searching where we could park the extra car. Then at the gate we were told we could park at the community center! Why not tell us that ahead of time and save anxiety and precious hours? Wish I could be more positive, but I will not go there again. Norb ”

To be fair…

Tropical Escapes manages this Third Home booking. I received a call from TE hoping I could help them out by taking a 6 bedroom instead of a 7 bedroom. My mistake. I did ask how they could make it fair as I paid 9 keys. They said they would not charge for heated pool and allowed our pet. I agreed. My mistake. Upon entering at the guard house, there was no record of our reservation. No reservations no entry. Thankfully the guard worked with me to get a TE representative on the phone. Within an hour we gained entry. Arriving at the home the code didn’t work for entry. Called TE again. Finally gained entry only to find that the pool heat had not been turned on. Too late to call, I called the next day and by evening the pool was warm enough for entry. We also had to pay for gas grill usage. There are several comments I could make about maintenance issues at the property but again … my mistake. ”

Great house!

We had a great time staying in this house! We were there with our daughter and her family mid September, so this area was quiet. The two masters are on the opposite side of the house from the four “kids’ bedrooms”. Kitchen was big and well equipped and there are 2 family tv rooms (one is equipped with a gaming console). The pool is big and we have regrets not heating it, but the clubhouse pool was a short walk and heated. We will definitely go back to this house! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your vacation house!!”
