Casa Corazón (House of the Heart), is a spacious, 4 bedroom penthouse where you will find the finest drift diving in the world! It simply does not get any better than this!

Casa Corazón is the penthouse, located on the 8th floor, of a gorgeous condominium building right across the street from City Hall. Your views are breathtaking facing the west, the south and across the island as well!

Imagine sitting in a hot tub on the private balcony of your penthouse, watching the glorious sunset, sipping a chilled drink with gentle ocean breezes blowing.

Please note that is 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

You are just 3 blocks from downtown San Miguel (Cozumel), a 2-minute walk to the shops along the ocean, and yet you are far enough away from the tourist bustle to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and quiet.

Your secure elevator opens right at the door of the penthouse. Upon opening the front door you are immediately greeted with breath-taking views through the 8-foot high floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. You can see clear across the Caribbean Ocean to Playa del Carmen and Xcaret. All windows and sliding glass doors have screens, allowing you to take full advantage of the prevailing winds. There are ceiling fans in every room adding to the gentle breezes and the allowing the soothing sound of the waves to fill the penthouse. There is also air-conditioning available if you prefer.

As you enter the Great Room, there are custom ceramic tile floors throughout, custom carved wood accents, comfortable rattan and leather furniture, and a media center complete with surround sound. Casa Corazon's 4,000 square feet gives ample room for everyone to find their own space and/or sufficient room to gather as a group. It's perfect for large groups.

The dining table comfortably seats 12. A fully equipped kitchen offers a dedicated wine refrigerator and counter bar with stools.

There are four expansive bedroom suites each with their own en suite private bathrooms and balconies. One bedroom is even set up as an office if you want to work a little while you play. There is also a beautiful powder room just inside the front door. Wireless high-speed DSL is available throughout the unit, so bring your laptop. Two telephone lines one for local calls and one to make free calls to USA or Canada.

On the 800+ sq ft. oceanfront veranda is a hot tub (seats 6 to 8), chaise lounges, a table with 4 chairs and more. The veranda wraps around the south side of the building so you have a panoramic view.

Your elevator also takes you to the basement/garage, where there is direct access to the beach and the tri-level pool. Tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaise lounges, palapas are on the clean white sand beach and by the pool, available for your use.

There is a boat dock and dive rinse tanks; you can be picked up by any dive or tour outfit or scuba/snorkel right off your private beach. A secure storage locker is in the basement, so you don't have to cart your heavy wet gear up and down to the penthouse.

Across the street is Chedraui (a combination WalMart, Safeway, and Walgreen's), the local Cineplex and an Internet cafe if you left your laptop behind.

If you don't feel like cooking, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. Many local restaurants will deliver to the penthouse, or if you wish, we can refer you to a chef who can prepare your meals for you.

If you prefer authentic local food, stroll down any of San Miguel's side streets or go to the Mercado. The people are all delightful and friendly. The culture is warm and inviting!!!
