Pebble beach enthusiasts should also visit the island very close to the house, the Proizd island (a local boat takes you there 4 times a day from Vela Luka to island Proizd, 20-minute ride one way). Proizd Island was selected as the most popular beach in the Adriatic Sea in 2008. It has 4 beautiful pebble beaches, one of which is nudist.

The village of Gradina is in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Korcula. An astounding turquoise colour of the sea, a charming view of the delightful little island of Gubesa and many anchored sailboats only add to the uniqueness of this endearing village.

The first floor features a spacious living room and indoor dining areas, which makes it more devoted to living and relaxing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area features wide-screen television, satellite TV, and a DVD player.

The large front terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy quiet sunsets and sea views, while the rear terrace includes an outdoor shower and a large grill.

The vacation house also features air-conditioning on the top floors and private parking for 2 cars.

The second floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath tub, and the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with showers.

A third bedroom with a queen bed is on the ground floor, along with a private bathroom and shower. The ground floor also has a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area.

Ferries to the Island can also be taken from Split (3 hours crossing) or Orebic (2 hours drive from Dubrovnik, 20 mins ferry crossing and 1 hours drive across the island, this seems to be the prettiest route)
